Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Koeoi, we take pride in the quality and fitment of our Tesla accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

Unused and uninstalled.

In its original packaging with all included accessories.

In the same condition as you received it.
Please note: Products that have been installed, have protective films removed, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return We’ve made the process simple. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to support@koeoi.com with the following details:

Your Order Number.

The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for your return.
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide instructions on where to ship the item.
Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our DIY kits, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return:

DIY Protection Kits (PPF) that have been unrolled or have protective liners removed.

Custom or personalized orders.

Gift cards.
Damaged or Defective Items We inspect every product before it ships, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 60 days of delivery). Include a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
